Prepare Parse info for a Document

Create Template

  1. Go to the parse document page
  2. Click Add and input the template name in its field
  3. Save the template to save the changes
  4. Click the edit button for further configuration

Configure Template

  1. Click upload template file and upload the file to create the template
  2. Select the required template file
  3. Draw the capture area on the template page selecting the areas to be parsed
  4. The keys on the left side can be renamed as needed to reflect on the parse result properties
  5. A regular expression can be provided for individual keys if required
  6. Click on Test Parse to see the current configuration result and click Save Changes to save the configuration
